HIIT workouts and their quest to get you active

HIIT or Highly intensive interval training has been a workout plan talked about by many. As the name states, this form of exercise isn't for the faint hearted as it will drive you to the edge of getting into shape and torching those calories fast. A session of HIIT comprises of short workout bursts, combined with short rest periods. An overall session lasts for 20 to 30 minutes in total. A common HIIT session includes for example Burpees for 45 seconds, 15 seconds of rest and then 45 seconds of squats. Not only will this keep your metabolism fired up, you can burn up to 200 calories per session.

Not only is it a great way to get into shape, these classes are devised by experts in the industry who work from great syllabuses. As the old saying goes, 'everything is better together.
