HIIT workouts and their quest to get you active

HIIT or Highly intensive interval training has been a workout plan talked about by many. As the name states, this form of exercise isn't for the faint hearted as it will drive you to the edge of getting into shape and torching those calories fast. A session of HIIT comprises of short workout bursts, combined with short rest periods. An overall session lasts for 20 to 30 minutes in total.
